The Bradford Pear room colors are the the white, green and brown of one of our most popular Oklahoma trees. The room is located downstairs and is 12′ x 14′ with a large 3′ x 5′ shower. Bright sunshine is a hallmark of this room. Rate is $135 on weekends and special events, $110 Sunday – Thursday. Home football games, Mom’s weekend, and graduation have a 2 night minimum and the rate is $175/night.
