We request that our guests please adhere to the policies described on this page. As Innkeepers of the property we reserve the right to request any guest to leave if they cannot adhere to our policies or we cannot fully accommodate your needs.
Arrival Time: Check in time for Cottonwood Inn is between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. Check in after 9 p.m. is possible, however, it is necessary to contact the innkeeper. Just call anytime to apprise of your arrival. Upon arrival your card will be charged and you will be provided with a key to your room and the code for the digital lock on the front door. We do have a requirement of returning to the Bed and Breakfast no later than midnight. This is out of respect for our guests who are already in their rooms. We also live on the property and we thank you in advance for following our request.
Parking: We have private off-street parking to accommodate all guests.
Departure Time: Check out time is 11 a.m. Late check out until 2 p.m. at a fee of $25.
Home football game rates: 2018 Home football season, Mom’s weekend, and graduation. Rates for the Elm, Bradford Pear, Cedar, and Redbud will be $350 double occupancy. This rate is for a minimum 2 night stay, Oak, Dogwood, Pecan and Maple are $350 again this rate is double occupancy if you stay one or two nights, the price is the same. A 2 night minimum is not required for any Thursday night games.
Rates: Rates are for single or double occupancy and include our sumptuous three-course gourmet breakfast served in our lovely dinning area. All rates are subject to change without notice and are subject to the Payne County Tax. Pecan, Oak, Maple, and Dogwood are $150. Elm, Bradford Pear, Cedar, and Redbud are $125.
Extended Stay Rates: Rates are contractual and determined on length of stay.
Occupancy: All rooms are single or double occupancy. Rooms are a maximum occupancy of two.
Meals: A full breakfast is included in the rate. Home baked goods will always be on the menu. Please inform us of any food allergies ahead of time and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
Amenities: There will be fresh baked cookies and drinks always available to our guests free of charge. Each room has cable TV, and wireless internet is available throughout the inn. Hair dryers are available in every room. There are two gathering rooms, one upstairs with a view of the trees, and one downstairs in front of the large fireplace.
Children: To maintain the relaxing atmosphere within the Inn, No children under the age of 16 are permitted.
Pets: We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets. We will be happy to recommend Kennels here in Stillwater.
Smoking: We are a non-smoking inn. If you would like to smoke on the front porch or in the garden, we will be happy to provide you with an ashtray. Due to possible staining of linens chewing tobacco is prohibited. Smoking inside the Inn will result in an immediate request to leave, and an additional cleaning fee of $250.
Payment Method: We accept cash, travelers checks, Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard we use PayPal to run all cards.
Reservation Policy: We require a deposit equal to 50% of the quoted rate on stays of two or more nights and 100% on one night stays.
Damage to rooms: This rarely occurs, however we must address the issue. If you have damaged the furniture, bedding, or towels due to your fault we will charge you for any repairs.
Cancellation Policy:
- A refund is given less a $25 cancellation fee if cancelled outside 4 days. If cancelled inside 4 days and we are able to rebook your room, a cancellation fee of $25 per room per day is charged. If cancelled inside 4 days, the stay is shortened, or there is an early check-out and we are UNABLE to rebook your room, you are still responsible for your reservation. The room is yours for the entire time reserved. Any deposit previously made will be forfeited, and full payment will be charged.
- Home football games, graduation, mother’s weekend, and groups require a notice of 30 days for cancellation.
- We understand that almost all of our guests who cancel do so for legitimate reasons; nevertheless, we must uphold our policy evenly and across the board without judging whether one guest’s reason is more valid than another’s.
Safety: A Saferoom is also located within the Inn.
